Requalification with Tax Credit

Starting from July 1st and until December 31st 2021, the 110% bonus will start for housework aimed at energy saving and seismic adaptation.
The expected deduction has the aim of covering the entire amount of the expenditure incurred, with a “return percentage” for the taxpayer.
The tax credit will be 110% of the expenditure incurred and will be applied for works in single buildings and in condominiums.
In addition to the increase in the percentage of deductibility, the most important novelty is represented by the double intervention to restore the discount mechanism on the invoice, alongside the possibility of transferring the tax credit to the bank.
The goal is to allow families to do housework at no cost, following two different ways:

  • anticipating the cost of the work, with a subsequent transfer of the tax credit to the bank or other financial intermediaries, so that you can immediately get a refund of the expenses incurred;

or, thanks to the CBC S.p.a. project and management system

  • transferring the tax credit to the company that carries out the works which, in turn, will be able to use the amount in compensation for the payment of taxes or transfer it in turn without limits, and also to the banks.
